Definition
This field contains the start date of the severance pay period.
Use
Enter the start date of the period that you are to cover for the severance payment in the Severance Pay Period input field. The entire severance pay period must be taken into consideration; this means that the start date can even be before the date when you (as the previous employer) hired the employee. The employment periods previously specified must cover the entire severance pay period in order for the severance pay period you specified to be fully taken into consideration for the calculation.
