Definition

If you choose the Calculate pushbutton (calculator icon), the sum of the pensionable pay for the key date of the end of the severance pay period (equivalent to the effective date) that is included in the payments according to §5 appears in the Pensionable Pay field.

Use

Normally, the payments on which the severance calculation is based are determined by the evaluation of basic pay. If you want to take other pensionable pay into account, you can enter it in the relevant manual-entry field.

The special payment is not included in the amount displayed here; however, it is included in the calculation of the severance amount.
