Definition
Number of hours employee works on Higher duty position.
Use
This field is applicable only for Non-regular employees. Depending upon the hours entered in this, the employee gets paid out for Higher duty. The calculation remains the same for both the Regular and Non-regular employees excepts that payroll does additional calculation of determining hourly rate and multiplies with the hours entered in this field.
