If you set this indicator, items that are only partially cleared are protected from any further clearing.
Example
The in-force business system provides a dynamic item that contains the premium as well as a share of the premium. Only the premium is cleared. If the indicator is set, the remaining share of the premium is also not cleared with the following payment.
