Definition
Interest rate that is legally determined for company loans.
Use
You must only make entries in this field if the reference interest rate for this loan type differs from the usual reference interest rate (that has been designated for company loans by law). The usual reference interest rate is stored in the constant REFIN in the Payroll Constants table (T511K). If you do not make any entries in the Reference interest rate field, the system uses the reference interest rate from table T511K.
Dependencies
The system calculates the employee's table benefit amount, based on the difference between the reference interest and the debit interest.
