Documentation
Definition
The evaluation period has an effect on the selection as well as the output. The internal processing runs as normal in two steps: First, all employees who fulfill the specified selection conditions in the chosen period are selected. This period is also called the person selection period. Then the data records whose validity is in the specified period are processed for these employees. This is called the data selection period.
In most cases, you make the same settings for the person and data selection periods. You can use the (common) list box 'Evaluation period' to do so. Alternatively, you can configure the person and data selection periods independently of each other (using two separate list boxes).
You can switch between the two sessions by clicking the pushbutton behind the list box.
Dependencies
The person selection period you have defined is taken into account when employees are selected. The system takes the data selection period into account during data processing only in the standard case. This can be defined differently by the report.
