Definition
This number indicates the number of employees for whom the employer paid premiums into the workers' compensation board (WCB) account. If the employer paid premiums to several accounts during the reporting period, the employee will be counted into each of the accounts regardless of the amount that was paid into it. This number is based on the year-to-date numbers of the reporting time frame.
