Summary of Earnings

The "Summary of Earnings List" displays an overview of total remuneration for a selected number of employees.

Use this function to generate Summary forms, such as the T4 Summary or Relevé 2 Sommaire, for submission to tax authorities.

Note

A separate "Summary of Earnings List" is generated for each Business Number. If a company operates under more than one Business Number, then the system will automatically complete separate Summaries for the same company.

If the selected range of employees spans multiple Business Numbers, then employee earnings within this range will be sorted separately, by Business Number. When the Business Number changes, a new Summary will be generated.
