Definition
This field contains the processing method required by the respective (external) HRSDC system.
The following codes are valid:
- D - Draft
If this code is specified, then the external HRSDC system will only validate the ROE; no serial number will be assigned.
- S - To be submitted
If this code is specified, then the external HRSDC system will validate the ROE and - assuming that the ROE successfully passes all validations - assign a corresponding serial number to it. If the ROE at hand does not successfully passes all validations, then it must be edited and subsequently re-submitted.
