Select this run parameter to reprint original forms for a limited personnel selection. Year End Reporting is generally executed under this parameter due to printing problems with individual Year End forms. Within a large print run, data on individual forms may be misaligned or hard to read, while entire forms may become damaged as a result of printer jams. This run parameter allows you to reprint original forms for limited employees, rather than re-executing the entire print run (via Print original forms) for all employees.
To reprint a limited number of original forms, select this run parameter, specify the personnel numbers of employees requiring reprinted original forms, select the form type (under Form selection), then the copy type (under Print selection), then execute Year End Reporting.
In response, the system will review the Year End Reporting History Log, isolate the most up-to-date form data for the selected employees, and reprint the specified form and copy types for those employees.
