If you wish to file Relevé 1 or Relevé 2 forms on paper using SAPscript tax form layouts, then you must enter a valid MRQ approval number in this field.
This number, issued by le Ministère du Revenu du Québec, is used to verify the authenticity of paper Relevé slips that were not printed and issued by that tax authority.
For tax year 2001, the range of MRQ approval numbers for paper submissions of Relevé 1 using SAPscript tax form layouts is 85200001 through 85250000. For Relevé 2, the range of approval numbers that can be entered in this field for tax year 2001 is 27500001 through 27550000.
