Documentation
If you wish to file Relevé 1 or Relevé 2 forms on magnetic media, then you must enter a valid MRQ approval number in this field.
This number, which is issued directly to employers by le Ministère du Revenu du Québec, is used as a starting point to maintain the unique numbering of individual Relevé slips within group magnetic media submissions.
