Select this option if you would like to preview the data that the Magnetic Media Filing utility will produce from a selected TemSe file. To preview Magnetic Media filing data, you must select this checkbox, then select Browse TemSes to specify the appropriate TemSe file, then execute Magnetic Media Filing (in preview mode).
In response, the system will display the Magnetic Media output screen, which provides a detailed overview, record by record, of the Magnetic Media data that would be produced by the system from the selected file. An abbreviated example of the Magnetic Media output screen appears below.

Once you have previewed Magnetic Media data to your satisfaction, return to the utility, de-select this checkbox, specify the drive location and maximum capacity of the file medium, then execute Magnetic Media Filing.
