In this section, select the Year End form to be produced or amended. Forms that are currently supported include:

Supplementary Documentation - PCA_FORMS 0798
  • T4 Supplementary
  • T4A Supplementary
  • Relevé 1 (RL-1)
  • Relevé 2 (RL-2)

Processing is completed for one year-end form per run. In other words, you cannot process the T4 Supplementary and Relevé 1 together in one run.

Use the radio buttons to select the form you wish to process.
