Definition

In this field, you must specify the drive and directory where magnetic media files will be saved. The default drive for this field is "a:".

Caution

Do not change the default file name in this field.

The file names for magnetic media submissions are generated automatically, as follows:

• For the Canada Revenue Agency:
  rcttax.001, rcttax.002, rcttax.003, and so on.
  
• For le Ministère du Revenu du Québec:
  mrqrel01.001, mrqrel01.002, mrqrel01.003, and so on.

As the system generates each new file, it will prompt you to insert a new diskette. Each diskette accommodates one single file.

Data Security

To ensure data security, we suggest that you move data directly from the TemSe file to the final medium of submission -- for example, diskettes. Data temporarily stored in submission files on a local medium is not secure.
