Documentation
Select this run parameter to print duplicate forms for a limited personnel selection. In general, Year End Reporting is executed under this parameter in response to requests from tax authorities or employees for duplicate forms.
To print a limited number of duplicate forms, select this run parameter, specify the personnel numbers of employees requiring duplicate forms, select the form type (under Form selection), then the copy type (under Copy selection), then execute Year End Reporting.
In response, the system will review the Year End Reporting History Log, isolate the most recent print runs that have occurred for the selected forms and copy types for those employees, then print duplicate copies of the original forms that were printed.
All duplicate Year End forms printed under this run parameter will be clearly labeled DUPLICATE.
