Select this option if you would like the system to print the information normally found on the reverse of pre-printed Year End tax forms onto separate sheets of blank, 8.5-by-11" paper.

Note

If your enterprise is using SAPscript tax form layouts to print and distribute employee copies of Year End forms, then you are required to furnish each employee with a copy of the information found on the reverse of each Year End tax form to be issued.

To this end, you may select this option to print a separate copy of the information along with every slip, or you may print a single copy of the information, then photocopy it for distribution to employees.
