Use

All selected budget billing plans are prorated on this date at the very earliest.

A shift forward in the proration date occurs for due dates which are:

  • Before the period for general terms of utility service
  • Partially paid
  • Printed
  • Requested in the collective bill
  • Included in an installment plan
  • Deferred
  • Stopped due to a move out/in
  • Inactive due to an installation disconnection
