Number of employment years for penalty calculation
Use
The number of employment years is the basis for calculating the penalty amount.
When you create a record for the Payment Upon Leaving (0527) infotype, the number of years the employee has worked at your company during the last work relationship is proposed by the system in this field.
The number of years the employee has worked at a previous employer are not included in the proposed values. You should therefore check the proposed value.
Dependencies
The penalty is calculated in the personnel calculation rules for social insurance. To ensure that the employment years entered in this field are taken into account, wage type /3ZH (SIP: Employment Years) is created in payroll function P0527 with the number employment years entered here.
