Use of basic amount for each month
Use
If the garnishment is active for the employee, you specify here whether the monthly basic amount is to be included in the net parts calculation for each month individually.
Select the field if the employee has submitted a corresponding application to use the basic amount approved by the court for each month individually.
If the basic amount is used only once, leave the field empty.
Note:
Controlling the net parts calculation in this way affects one-time payments at the end of a work relationship according to § 291d of the Austrian Enforcement Act (EO) regarding one-time payments garnishable to a limited extent. Applies to both severance pay and payments in lieu of unused leave.
Dependencies
This field affects the garnishment bases that are summarized by means of the internal garnishment group 09 in view V_T5A6H.
In the net parts calculation, the number of months for garnishment is used as a basis. You must specify this number in every case.
