Checkbox for calculating the amount automatically
Use
If you select the checkbox, the system generates a value for the respective amount by simulating the payroll results. The generated amount is also entered into the corresponding field for the payroll-based results. This happens every time you click the field.
Note: The value is displayed only to indicate what severance pay amount would be returned for the employee by the payroll run, based on the current data in the system. Note that the simulated value is not the amount paid. The final amount is generated in the final payroll run.
Check the simulated value if the checkbox is selected. If the simulated value for the amount is not the value that you expected, you can deselect the checkbox and overwrite the amount. In this case, no automatic calculation is carried out in payroll.
