Enter the number of leave years in which the employee has gained entitlement to additional leave.

Dependencies
For every leave year in which an employee has worked heavy night labor on more than 50 workdays, he or she is entitled to additional leave of up to two working days. This entitlement increases to four working days after he or she has done such work for five years, and to six working days after 15 years.
