Definition
Indicates the wage type that contains the proportional gross payments of special payments for severance pay reserves.
If periodically recurring special payments are made, this wage type is created as part of the monthly payroll run in subschema ARS0 (Valuation Bases for Reserve Monthly Remuneration). In the standard system, only leave bonuses and holiday bonuses are considered.
Other period special payments (such as annual bonuses, loyalty bonuses, and so on) must be taken into account on an actual payment basis and thus potentially with a reduction based on past averages.
