Definition

Determines whether data is summarized according to the following sort strings, and the order in which the sort strings are listed:

• G SI group (first parameter)
• S SI body (second parameter)
• A Payroll area (third parameter)
• B Company code (and so on...)
• W Personnel area
• B Personnel subarea

Use

Procedure

Each column which is included in the field stands for a sort string. Start with the sort criteria that should be listed first and specify 1 in the first column. For the remainder of the sort strings enter figures in ascending order. If the sort string is not to be listed, enter 0 in the relevant column.

Fill each column. The figures must be entered in ascending order. Make sure that you use each of the numbers 1 to 6 only once. You can use the figure 0 as often as you like.

Examples

• Entry: 123400

  Sort according to SI group, SI body, payroll area, company code
  

• Entry: 231000

  Sort according to payroll area, SI group, SI body.
