Definition
The list is summarized and sorted independently from the entry
according to the required features.
With this parameter the order may be defined for sorting (and summarizing). Each column of the parameter stands for one sort string. The parameter 'Sort strings' can be used to explain the significance of the columns.
The individual columns have the following significance (from left to right)-
- G - Municipality
- A - Payroll area
- B - Company code
- W - Peresonnel area
- B - Personnel subarea
- P - For periods
- A - Employment status
Example:
1st entry: 1230000 Sort according to municipality, payroll area,
Company code
2nd entry: 2010003 Sort according to company code, municipality

Check:
Each of the figures 1-7 can only be used once.
The figure 0 can be used as often as you wish.
The figures must be assigned beginning with 1 in ascending order. The
order is insignificant.

If there is a '0' in the 2nd column (summarize according to payroll area), the parameter must 'Date for reading table T511K' must be
entered.
If there is a '0' in the 3rd column (summarize according to company
code) the parameter 'Country modifier' must be entered.
