Definition
The list is summarized and sorted independently from the entry according to the required features.
Use:
With this parameter you can define the order for sorting (and summarizing). Each column of the parameter stands for a sort string. The parameter 'Sort strings' explains the significance of each of the columns.
The individual columns have the following significance (from left to right).
- G - Municipality
- A - Payroll area
- B - Company code
- W - Personnel area
- B - Personnel subarea
- A - Employment status
Example:
1st entry: 123000 Sort according to municipality
payroll area, company code
2nd entry: 201003 sort according to company code,
municipality, employment status
Check:
Each of the numbers form 1 - 6 can only be used once.
The number 0 can be used as often as you like.
The numbers must be assigned in ascending order, beginning with 1. The order is unimportant.
