Determines whether data is summarized according to the following sort strings and the sequence in which they appear in the list:

• G SI group (first parameter)
• S SI institute (second parameter)
• A Payroll area (third parameter)
• B Company code (and so on)
• W Personnel area
• B Personnel subarea

Use

Procedure

Each of this field's columns for entries stands for a sort string. Start with the sort criterion that should be listed first and enter 1 in the appropriate column. Enter the other sort strings in ascending order. If a sort string should not be used, enter 0 in the appropriate column.

Be sure to fill every column. The digits must be entered in ascending order. Ensure that the digits 1 to 6 are assigned only once. You can assign the digit 0 as often as necessary.

Examples

• Entry: 123400

  Sort according to SI group, SI institution, payroll area, and company code.
  

• Entry: 231000

  Sort according to payroll area, SI group, and SI institution
