Definition

Specifies whether data is summarized according to sort strings and determines the order that the sort strings appear in the list.

• G SI group (first parameter)
• S SI body (second parameter)
• B Company code (and so on...)
• W Personnel area
• B Personnel subarea
• A Employment status

Use

Procedure

Each colum which is included in the field stands for a sort string. Begin with the sort criterion that is to be listed first and enter 1 in the corresponding column. For the remaining sort strings enter numbers in ascending order. If a sort string is not to be listed, enter 0 in the relevant column.

Fill each column. The numbers must be entered in ascending order. Be careful that you use numbers 1 to 6 only once. You can use 0 as often as you wish.

Examples

• Entry: 123400

  Sorting according to SI group, SI body, payroll area, company code
  

• Entry: 231000

  Sorting according to payroll area, SI area, SI body
