Documentation
Definition
Here, you define the order for sorting and summarizing.
Each column represents a sort string. The individual columns have the following significance (from left to right):
- F - Tax office
- A - Payroll area
- B - Company code
- W - Personnel area
- B - Personnel subarea
- P - For periods
- A - Employment status
Procedure
For each sort string, you store a number between 1 (highest priority) and 7 (lowest priority). If a certain term does not apply, enter 0 in the appropriate column. You may not use blank characters.
Each of the numbers from 1 to 7 may only be used once. You can use 0 as often you wish. The numbers must be assigned in ascending order, starting with 1.
Examples
Entry: 1230000
Sorting according to tax office, payroll area, company code.
Entry: 2010003
Sorting according to company code, tax office and employment status.
Dependencies
If you enter the value 0 for the sort string payroll area (2nd column), you must maintain the field Date for reading table T511K.
