Definition
This field is only relevant if you want to use the accounting transfer function of this program.
When documents are created for accounting, search terms that enable assignment to vendors in financial accounting are also specified for the individual documents.
You can control how search terms for vendor determination are generated.
If you select this field, the SI group is added to the search term.
Example: You submit notifications for both full-time employees and marginally employed employees to the Wiener Gebietskrankenkasse. (Vienna: key 11)
- Both employee groups are to be included in the same notification. You do not select this field.
A document is created that contains the character string '11' (without "'") in the search term. - You have identified the marginally employed employees as "minimum income workers" in the master data. (SI group 9: independent service contracts GKK)
For these employees, you have set up a separate vendor to which the SI contributions are to be credited. You select this field.
A document is created that contains the character string '1 11' in the search term and another that contains the character string '9 11'.
Note that you must have adjusted the settings in your accounting system accordingly so that this search term can be assigned to a vendor.
