Definition
This field is only relevant if you want to use the accounting transfer function of this program.
When documents are created for accounting, search terms that enable assignment to vendors in financial accounting are also specified for the individual documents.
You can control how search terms for vendor determination are generated.
If you select this field, the employer assignment unit is added to the search term.
This can be very important for you if different parts of your company have been given different employer account numbers by a social insurance agency. In this case, ensure that the different parts of the company are assigned to different employer assignment units.
Example: You have assigned two vendors to the Wiener Gebietskrankenkasse. The related organizational units are assigned to the employer assignment units 0001 and 0002.
Select this field.
In the posting records generated, the character strings '11 0001' and '11 0002' (without "'") are included in the search term.
Note that you must have adjusted the settings in your accounting system accordingly so that this search term can be assigned to a vendor.
