Definition

The term notification type groups together all data record types.

This includes the notification types that can be reimbursed:

  • Insured Person Notifications (VM)
  • Contribution Statements (BN)
  • Payslip SI # Contribution Basis Notifications (BG)

  • Work and Remuneration Confirmations for Sick Pay (AK)
  • Work and Remuneration Confirmations for Maternity Pay (AW)
  • Family Hospice (FH)

The following notification type also exists:

Payslip Tax (LF), for which the following derived notification types exist:

  • Payslip Tax - Information Record (I1)
  • Payslip Tax # Notification Record (L1)
  • Notifications according to §109a EStG 1988 - notification record (W1)

    The derived notification types that are identified as notification records must always be transferred together with an information record I1. Furthermore, the ELDA versions of the derived notification types must match the EDL version of the higher-level notification type LF.

For notifications to the Insurance Institution for Public Service Wage and Salary Earners (BVA), the following notification types can be

  • reimbursed:
  • Insured Person Notifications (P3)
  • Contribution Statements (P2)
  • Payslip SI - Contribution Basis Notifications (P1)

For notifications to Statistics Austria, the following notification type can be reimbursed:

  • Address of Workplace (AD)

In addition, the following technical data record types exist:

  • Opening record
  • Closing record
  • Identification part
