Definition

In exceptional cases, you can overwrite the values determined by the report with amounts calculated manually. This manual correction refers to the final severance pay amount according to § 211 paragraph 2 of the Austrian Accounting Act (RLG).

This field specifies the wage type that is used for entering the amount manually (RLG § 211/2).

Procedure

  1. For the wage type defined here (model wage type M945), create a record for the Additional Payments infotype (0015). Make sure that the assignment day (Additional Payments infotype (0015)) matches the key date of the reserve formation.
  2. Perform the payroll run.
  3. Create the severance pay reserve using report RPCABFA1. The value of the wage type defined here is read from the payroll results. The specified amount is used (unchanged) as the RLG reserve amount.
