Definition

Specifies the wage type that contains the unreduced sum of wage types that are relevant for calculating the monthly pay for severance pay reserves.

This wage type is calculated as part of the monthly payroll run, according to requirements, in subschema ARS0 (Valuation Bases for Reserve Monthly Remuneration). In the standard system, most wage types that are relevant for calculating the monthly pay for severance pay reserves are already calculated in calculation rule A010 (Processing of Basic Pay P0008/Calculation of Valuation Bases).

Unreduced payments in kind and benefits from the work relationship can be added in calculation rule ARSV (Preliminary Routine Reserve Valuation Basis for Monthly Remuneration).
