This specifies the number of night shifts of heavy labor that the employee worked in the previous year, but that did not result in additional leave according to par 10a art.1 of the Leave Entitlement Law [UrlG].
These night shifts can still result in additional leave during the current year according to par 10a art. 1a or art. 1b of the UrlG.
