Definition

Depending on the sorting, a group change provides a totals display.

Each column in the parameter which is ready for input represents a sort key. The individual columns have the following significance (from left to right):

• F - Tax office
• A - Payroll area
• B - Company code
• W - Plant/personnel area
• B - Plant section/personnel subarea
• P - For period
• A - Employment status

Control totals can only be created provided the data has not been summarized according to the sort key; this means no 0 may appear in the the same column of the parameter Sequence for sorting (FABWBPA) 0 stehen. The totals are displayed after a control break.
