Definition

The parameter helps to form totals with a group change. Depending on the sort-sequence, you can print the sum following a group change.

Each column of the parameter that is ready for input stands for a sort string of the Sort Sequence parameter. The individual columns have the following meanings (from left to right):

• G SI Group (first parameter)
• S SI Institution (second parameter)
• A Payroll accounting area (third parameter)
• B Company code (etc.)
• W Personnel area
• B Personnel subarea

Group totals can only be formed, when the corresponding search term has not been summarized according to the sort sequence; in other words, 0 is not allowed to stand in the same column of the Sort sequence parameter
