Definition
This field is no longer business relevant following the changes made on January 1, 2000 to the Nightshift Heavy Labor Law (NSchG) and Leave Entitlement Law (UrlG). For this reason, you should leave this field empty in future and hide it in the report variants that you use. If you want to transfer data from a non-SAP system or from a previous
employer, use the data transfer program 'RPUNSHA0'. You then no longer require the data entered for this purpose in the 'Date Specifications' infotype (0041).
You can still use this field # even though it is useful only to a very limited extent for business purposes # for evaluation periods before January 1, 2000.
In this field, enter the date type that the system is to use to evaluate imputable periods for additional leave that have not been entered in the SAP system. If your employees gained entitlements to additional leave before the SAP system was introduced, you can enter this data using the relevant date type. This information is used only for creating the first (earliest) nightshifts of heavy labor data record for an employee in the database (NS cluster record).
Use
The system reads the data saved for the specified date type from the Date field in the Date Specifications infotype (0041).
