Definition

If an employee cannot take additional leave (par. 10a, art. 1a of the Leave Entitlement Law [UrlG]) in the current leave year because he or she received additional leave(par.10a art. 1b UrlG), the employee is granted the days of difference between the the additional leave acc. to art. 1a and art. 1b..
