Definition
If you select this field, the absence selected is considered to be unjustified absence, that can reduce the employee's leave entitlement according to the following table:
Number of days of unjustified absence Leave entitlement per acquisition period
Up to 5 days 30 days
From 6 to 14 days 24 days
From 15 to 23 days 18 days
From 24 to 32 days 12 days
More than 32 days 0 days
The system sums all the selected absences that belong to the same acquisition period. For example, if the employee has two absences of three days each within the same acquisition period, his leave entitlement is reduced to 24 days.
