This code is created according to the type of personnel action used for the employee.

This code is created according to the type of personnel action used for the employee.
Use
The field must be filled in according to the codes included in the manual. Always register the two-position values, as follows:
- Values valid for hiring:
01 - Hiring of employee on first job
02 - Hiring of employee with previous job (reemployment)
03 - Transfer/movement of employee/servant from establishments belonging to the same company/entity or from other companies/entities. The corresponding expenses belong to the company that transfers the employee.
04 - Transfer/movement of employee/servant or union leader from establishments belonging to the same company/entity or from other companies/entities. The corresponding expenses belong to the company that receives the employee.
05 - Reintegration
- The values valid for firing/transfer go from 10 to 90.
