Definition
If you select this field, the current acquisition period ends a day before the start date of this absence and a new acquisition period start on the start date of this absence, if the employee is in the company for less than one year.
This opption is necessary for the company leave that may occur in the first year in the company, since leave in the first year is processed differently from leave in the following years. The system detects automaticaly the situations in which the employee is less than one year in the company.
