It sets the type of FGTS movement made by the employee according to the employee's dismissal type.
Use
When filling in a specific DMEL field.
Example
H - Termination with just cause by employer initiative
I1 - Termination without just cause by employer initiative, including anticipated termination of fixed term contract
I2 - Termination due to reciprocal motives or catastrophe
I3 - Termination due to end of temporary contract
J - Employee dismissal by his own initiative
M - Change to statutory scheme
01- Absence due to work accident for a period longer than 15 days
02 - Other absence due to the same work accident
03 - Absence due to work accident for a period inferior or equal to 15 days
U - Retirement with termination
