Definition

Code of dismissal cause or employee transfer from the company:

10 - Termination with just cause by employer initiative

11 - Termination without just cause by employer initiative

12 - End of temporary work contract

20 - Termination without just cause by employee initiative (indirect termination)

21 - Termination without just cause by employee initiative

30 - Employee transfer to another branch of the same company,
or to other, with responsibility for the issuing company

31 - Employee transfer to another branch of the same company,
or to other, without responsibility for the issuing company.

40 - Change of labor regime

50 - Military retirement for remunerated reserve

60 - Death

62 - Death due to work accident

Dependencies

  1. Codes 30 and 31 must be used:
    1. For municipal, state, federal and public servers who were redistributed or transfered
    2. For union leader (code 31)
  2. For cases foreseen in codes 30 and 31, you must declare the following:
    1. Selling company code

  • Enrolment date: contract date of entry
  • Dismissal date: transfer date (in format dd/mm), plus cause 30 or 31
  1. Selling company code
  • Enrolment date: transfer date (format dd/mm), plus cause 3 or 4
  • Dismissal date: according to termination (or leave in blank)

  1. Code 71: the retired who is still working will be related to this code untill effective date of termination.
