Definition

It indicates the code of the employment relationship of the employee, defined by the legal authorities, to issue the Social Information Annual List (SIAL).

The possible values are:

  • 10 - Urban worker related to the employer Legal person by a work contract ruled by the Labor Laws Consolidation for an undefined time
  • 15 - Urban worker related to the employer Natural person by a work contract ruled by the Labor Laws Consolidation for an undefined time
  • 20 - Rural worker related to the employer Legal person by a work contract ruled by the Law Nr. 5.889/73 for an undefined time
  • 25 - Rural worker related to the employer Natural person by a work contract ruled by the Law Nr. 5.889/73 for an undefined time
  • 30 - Server ruled by the unique legal regulation.
  • 35 - Public server not effective
  • 40 - Doubtful worker
  • 50 - Temporary worker
  • 55 - Minor apprentice
  • 60 - Urban worker related to the employer Legal person by a work contract ruled by the Labor Laws Consolidation for a given time or a given construction work
  • 65 - Urban worker related to the employer Natural person by a work contract ruled by the Labor Laws Consolidation for a given time or a given construction work
  • 70 - Rural worker related to the employer Legal person by a work contract ruled by the Labor Laws Consolidation for a given time or construction work
  • 75 - Rural worker related to the employer Natural person by a work contract ruled by the Labor Laws Consolidation for a given time or construction work
  • 80 - Director without an employment relationship for which the company/entity has chosen collection SRF
  • 90 - Work contract for a given time ruled by the law Nr. 9.601, from 21 of January, 1998.
