Use

If you select field PB FY start as well as field PB FY End for the old fiscal year, you can have the following values determined for budget carryforward in closing operations:

• Budget for commitment for the payment budget.
• The offered value types for the payment budget.
• Residual budget for expenditure and revenues in payment budget.

For Copy from budget version the Program does not evaluate the transaction-based activation indicators of budget versions. You can control access to this function using FM area authorization and authorization for versions.
