Use

If you select the field PB FYEnd, you can execute the following activities for the closing of the old fiscal year:

• Change financial result
• Change financial result in collective expenditure
• Request and approve residual budget of payment budget
• Integrate financial result in collective expenditure (with function Integrate Planned Values)

If you also select the field PB FYStart for the old fiscal year, then you can execute the fiscal year activity Closing operations budget: Determine amounts for the payment budget.
