Use

If you select PB Release you can enter the listed values within the following budgeting transactions:

• In Release -> Change in hierarchy: Release values for payment budget
• In Total up the program totals values for payment budget releases.

If you select PB release AND CB release , you can enter the following budgeting transactions:

• In Release: Enter values for payment budget and commitment budget and include Overall values.
• In Release -> Parking: Park releases for payment budget and commitment budget and include Overall values.

For Copy from budget version the Program does not evaluate the transaction-based activation indicators of budget versions. You can control access to this function using FM area authorization and authorization for versions.
