Use

If you select Original PB, you can enter the values listed within the following budgeting transactions:

  1. In Net voting:
    • Values for original budget (in payment budget)
    • Financial budget
  2. If you Integrate planned values in the budget (collective expenditure):
    • Planned values (original budget)
  3. In Determine net vote:
    • Values for payment budget
    • Financial budget
    • Payment budget in current year
    • Financial result

If you select PB Original AND CB Original, you can enter the following budgeting activities:

In Budget planning and Collective expenditure planning:

  • Original budget values (payment budget and commitment budget)
  • Financial budget
  • Correction field

Dependencies

It is possible to transfer and copy of budget versions independently from the indicators in original PB and original CB. You can control these activities using FM area and version authorization.
