Parameter for calling up the payroll form
The following parameter is used to call up the program for creating remuneration statements. The individual values are separated by '/' and are defined by their position:
ffff/ab/r/x/n/l/y/p
Supplementary Documentation - PAYRFORM 0001
Use
The form that you specify in this field is only then used if the data exchange medium preliminary program prints the remuneration statement directly. This is the case, if the following two conditions are met:
- the employee is not paid by check
- you do not pass on the remuneration statement as a payment advice note to a payment medium program

Use
In cases where the employee is paid by check, his or her remuneration statement is printed on the check itself. The pre-program data medium exchange generates the remuneration form by calling up the program that creates the remuneration statement. The remuneration statement is stored in table PCL4 from which it reads the check print report.

Use
If the 'remuneration statement on advice note' parameter is selected, and an employee does not receive his/her payment by check, the remuneration statement of the employee is printed on a note for payment. Preliminary program DTA generates the remuneration statement using the form specified here. The program is called in order to create the remuneration statement, which is then stored in table PLC4. The payment medium program reads the remuneration statement from this table.
